Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward mails from one mailbox account to another, set up email filters, create auto-response messages and guard your e-mail boxes against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email box you wish to redirect mail messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
